MY Utilities has launched a new website. The new format separates the commercial and residential activities. Residential customers now have a new look site with easy to follow links. The site includes 'Ed' an AI bot that can answer most residential utility queries. There is also a simpler account login facility and a library of videos in which 'Ed' explains the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. The new site is part of MY Utilities programme to provide simple, easy to understand communication to customers whilst maintaining the highest level of service.
